What is going on in the world.
On Monday, a so-far unidentified suspect plowed into pedestrians on the sidewalk in Toronto, injuring a reported 8-10 people… maybe more. Stephen Powell, district chief for Toronto Fire, has since confirmed that there have been multiple casualties.
The extent of all other injuries remains unknown — but the suspect is in police custody and his van has been located.
